Equallytics is in closed beta and is not open for public registration. The only place this website asks for your details is the express interest form. If you complete it, we collect:
Your name
Your work email address
Your organisation's name, country and type
Anything you choose to write in the message field
We ask for these so that we can understand who is getting in touch and respond to you. Completing the form does not create an account and does not give you access to the platform.
If you write to us by email instead, we hold whatever you send us for the same purpose.
Information collected automatically.
Our hosting provider records basic technical data for every visit, as any web server does. This may include your IP address, browser type, device information, and which pages you viewed. It is used to keep the site working and secure.

We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
This website sets only the cookies it needs to function. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking.
Staff signing in to the administrative area receive a session cookie, which is necessary for them to stay signed in. Visitors to the public pages are not required to accept anything.
If we introduce analytics in future, this policy will be updated before we do, and this section will say what is collected.
